For Singaporeans who require a VISA, you will have to make a trip down to the Japanese Embassy. The application process is pretty fast and you will be given a date and time to collect your VISA.

Required documents (Singapore):

1. Passport (Original) – A valid passport with at least 2 blank (visa) pages remaining. (1 page for visa sticker, another page for the landing permission stamp.
2. Visa application form & 1 passport-size photo (Original) – Please download, print and complete the application form. 1 RECENT coloured passport-sized photo of a light-coloured background (taken within 6 months) to be affixed to application form. 3. Certificate of Eligibility (Original + Photocopy)
