I'm Jaewan Park from Kyonggi University in Korea, studying tourism management. I am excited to form new and precious relationship with people all around the world, and hope to bond with you all! Chungju City is an undiscovered old city and is a really good place for travelling with tons of historical settlements sites with a calm atmosphere.
Hi, I’m live near the Ahyun station in Seoul, which is a cultural area located in between areas like Hongdae and Sinchon. There are many historical settlement sites in this area, such as the Seodamun prison which was constructed during the Japanese colony era. The Kyongbokkung palace, one of the most famous places in Korea together with four other palaces, is located in the area as well. There is a lot of old style construction, architecture, famous restaurants and local markets in the surroundings too!
Let’s not forget that Seoul is quickly rising as one of the biggest cities in the world, especially known for its presence as a convention city. That I why my favorite thing in Seoul is DDP, Dongdamun Design Plaza. It is known not only for convention or conference but also, various exhibitions, and the great beauty of it’s own designs, walking roads and wide range of lectures. I really recommend visiting this place!
