It is 3-10 min walking distance to SMU, NAFA, LASALLE College, Kaplan, YMCA, Informatics and Australasia Academy College, and 10-20 min by Bus to JCU, PSB city campus, SHRM, NIM, Raffles Design Institute. All rooms include air conditioning, wardrobe, a desk, chair, and a bed. The common areas also have microwaves, induction cookers, refrigerators, washing machines and kitchens. There is also a swimming pool at the residence.
