Apartment/ Room rental

For students who are considering renting an apartment or a room, you can engage a property agent to help you find suitable short-term accommodation during your stay in Singapore. You can consider sharing with other students if you’re renting an apartment. Do note that you will need to provide a passport copy and student pass to the landlord, and be sure of all the terms and conditions of the lease agreement to avoid any disputes.

Renting an apartment or room might be cheaper in the heartlands of Singapore, but do check if electricity bills and Wi-Fi services are included in the rental fee.
