Travel Insurance:
The 3 most popular insurance companies amongst students who had gone to Korea for their international studies are AIG (includes Chartis), NTUC, and MSIG in descending popularity.
Note: All exchange students are required to purchase health insurance in their home country. On top of that, a proof of purchase must be submitted to the school. If you are found without medical coverage, you will be required to purchase an insurance in the first week of semester costing approximately KRW 130,000 for 6 months and KRW 200,000 for 12 months.
