Going on exchange helped me learn how to adapt to changes and step out of my comfort zone. I was able to learn more about the Finnish culture and make close friends from different parts of the world. Upon arrival, I had to adapt to the different language used, but I took a course to learn Finnish which turned out to be quite useful in my daily life
