Dorms by PSB Academy is located at 201 Pearl’s Hill Terrace. There are three different room types:

• bedroom Quad Sharing

• bedroom Twin Sharing

• bedroom Triple Sharing 

Each unit comes with a living room, and an attached bathroom and kitchen. Other furnishings include LCD TV, mattress and bed linen, personal wardrobe, study table, and refrigerator. Free wifi for up to three devices is provided to each student, with the option to upgrade to a faster speed at a cost. Residents of Dorms by PSB Academy also get to enjoy facilities such as basketball court and BBQ pits for free.

Apartment/ Room rental

For students who are considering to rent an apartment or a room, you can engage a property agent to help you find suitable short-term accommodation during your stay in Singapore. You can consider sharing with other students if you’re renting an apartment. Do note that you will need to provide a passport copy and student pass to the landlord, and be sure of all the terms and conditions of the lease agreement to avoid any disputes.

Renting an apartment or room might be cheaper in the heartlands of Singapore, but do check if electricity bills and Wi-Fi services are included in the rental fee.
