Whether you're just starting out and learning the basics or an advanced learner of the Korean Language, the Korean Language Program provides its students with a structured and immersive experience in order to elevate their language proficiency alongside international peers.

What to Expect

Each program term runs for 10 weeks. Once enrolled, you’ll be learning real-time through online classes conducted every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 9:05 PM (Korean Standard Time) via Zoom.

You will be directly taught by experienced Korean language instructors at Yonsei University, alongside a small group of up to 9 other international classmates, making for an diverse, interactive and engaging learning environment.

The program offers multiple levels to suit learners at different proficiencies. These levels range from absolute beginners to advanced speakers of the Korean language. So whether you are just starting out or refining your skills, there’s a level for you.

Who Can Apply?

As long as you have graduated from high school and have your graduation certificate, you are eligible to join Yonsei University’s Online Korean Language Program. You do not need any prior experience in the Korean language, making this program perfect for you no matter what stage you are at in your learning journey.

Application Deadlines
