Hyeon Kyeong Town is a fully-furnished studio apartment accommodation, located just a 2 minutes' walk away from Korea University Subway Station and 3 minutes' walk away from Korea University. As a studio apartment, it is suitable for those who prefer having a place for themselves with lots of space and privacy. The accommodation requires a minimum of 6 months contract.

Deposit & Payment
There are two deposit & payment schemes possible:
1) Tenant pays 5,000k KRW deposit, 350k KRW monthly rent and a one-time agent fee of 1 month rent (350k KRW)
2) Tenant pays 3,000k KRW deposit 400k KRW monthly rent and a one-time agent fee of 1 month rent (400k KRW)
Rental Payment: Monthly rental paid in advance
In the event that the student decides to move out earlier than the contracted period, the remaining months’ rent to be paid as part of the contracted period will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining amount refunded to the student.
Note: The monthly rental does not include utilities (water, electricity and gas etc.)
